Phil Borkowski
PRINCIPAL
As Principal of Borkowski Hospitality Services, Phil has over 35 years of experience in the hotel industry, including 25+ years at Marriott International and 10 years at Barcelo Crestline. With his extensive and diverse background in operational management, brand management, ownership and franchise issues, and long-term strategy development, he brings an exceptional level of expertise and passion to the business of hospitality.
Phil’s experience extends wide and deep and covers all aspects of hotel management and ownership across multiple brands, having held positions as General Manager, Regional Director of Operations, Brand Manager, Asset Manager and Vice President of Owner and Franchise Relations.
Phil would love to share his expertise and indulge his passion for the hospitality business and work with your organization in whatever capacity meets your needs.
Phil is a 1985 graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
